Ingredients

  • 1 cup of instant rice

  • 1/4 cup of dried coconut milk powder

  • 1/4 cup of dried mango (cut up)

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

  • Boil Water (about 1.5 cups per person)

  • Add the rice with peaches to the water and cook for 3 minutes while stirring frequently

  • Add water to coconut milk powder

  • When rice is done, add coconut milk and stir, topping with brown sugar
