Ingredients
1 cup of instant rice
1/4 cup of dried coconut milk powder
1/4 cup of dried mango (cut up)
2 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
Boil Water (about 1.5 cups per person)
Add the rice with peaches to the water and cook for 3 minutes while stirring frequently
Add water to coconut milk powder
When rice is done, add coconut milk and stir, topping with brown sugar
